Data Sheets: Add each Google Sheet tab you want to pull leads from. The Sheet ID is the long string in the URL between /d/ and /edit. Make sure each sheet is shared as "Anyone with the link — Viewer".
Agent Column (this tab): Each tab can use a different column for the agent name. Leave it on "use global" to use the name from the Columns tab, or pick the exact column for this specific tab. The dropdown auto-fills with real detected column names after the team has loaded once — so switch to this team on the dashboard (top switcher), then reopen Config to pick from the list.

Agents: Add each agent's exact name (must match spelling in Google Sheet), their brand color, and their monthly revival target.
Agents & Targets
Column Mappings: Exact column header names in your Google Sheet (case-sensitive). If the sheet has Calling Status with a capital S, change it here. Same for value matches — the "Connected value" is what should be in the Calling status column to count as connected.

Buckets: The main sheet is filtered so only rows with these bucket names are included. Uncheck the filter below to include ALL rows regardless of bucket.

Report Sheet: For the Current Revival Report. Enter the Sheet ID, tab name, and the exact column letter (like L, R, W) that holds each agent's Total revival count. The Summary Row is the row number (usually 1) where the month total sits.
